All Applicants are required to create account and screen-name.

All Profiles approved for display on Illinois Blessing NFP's website, who receives Donor support, will be subject to a small one time fee (plus any PayPal fees that may occur) from the donation received.  This fee covers operating expenses for verification and administrative fees for the program.

All applicants must submit an original copy of the provided application.

All applicants must sign an online authorization form, which allows Illinois Blessing, NFP to access the applicants personal and account information.  This information will be used to validate the application and confirm the request for financial assistance.

All applicants must submit to a background check to verify the information provided, and be willing to supplement the application, if additional information is required in order to validate the application.  (There is no additional cost for this service.)

Illinois Blessing, NFP policy: We are unable to provide a timeframe for completion, because funding is based on the donations received for each profile.

Note:  Our organization ensures that all money goes directly to vendors (i.e., utilities and mortgage companies) and not to individual/household requesting help. Our desire is to prevent fraud and insure our donors that their donations are meeting legitimate needs. We offer confidentiality and honesty. Profiles are approved based on Illinois Blessing NFP's verification guidelines and profiles are not discriminated on the grounds of sex, race, religion, disability or color.
